Refund policy

• As all products are ‘made to order' and for that we are unable to accept any returns.
• We do provide exchange of products for change of size.
• Exchange should be made within 7 days of receiving the products.
• LabelRasa does not provide exchange on items marked on SALE and last size available.
• LabelRasa is unable to accept returns on any product unless it is damaged. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at labelrasa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving orders.
• Upon authorisation of returns, we will gladly offer you a refund/exchange/store credit on a case by case basis.
• All returns are subject to verification by our team at LabelRasa. In case a return is approved, refund will be processed by the same payment method within 7 business days.

 

EXCHANGE OF SIZE

Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase. If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:

Courier the product back to us. The cost of which, will not be borne by us.

Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box.
